Warehouse Associate

Mom's Meals is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our mission of delivering nutritious, refrigerated meals to clients nationwide. In this fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment, you will accurately pick, pack, and stage meal orders, operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment, and help load and unload trucks. You'll follow strict food safety and quality standards, maintain a clean and organized warehouse, and support inventory control and stock rotation.

As part of a caring, collaborative team, you'll help ensure vulnerable individuals receive the meals they rely on, with opportunities to grow in a rapidly expanding organization.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage refrigerated meals according to order specifications
• Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
• Load and unload trucks and storage racks while maintaining product integrity
• Follow food safety, quality, and temperature control procedures
• Complete accurate inventory counts and order documentation
• Keep warehouse, coolers, and work areas clean and organized
• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and report hazards or incidents
• Collaborate with production, shipping, and logistics teams to meet deadlines
• Assist with cycle counts, stock rotation, and FIFO processes
• Support continuous improvement and lean practices in warehouse operations
