Lead Logistics Representative

Lead the Team. Support the Customer. Keep Operations Moving.

We're looking for an experienced Lead Logistics Representative to serve as a key leader within our distribution center. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys helping customers, supporting employees, and ensuring orders move efficiently from start to finish.

You will lead and develop Customer Service Representatives while working closely with warehouse teams, carriers, vendors, and customers to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

• Lead, train, and support all Customer Service Representatives
• Serve as a primary contact for customers, carriers, and vendors
• Manage customer orders, shipping documentation, and inventory activities within the WMS
• Coordinate shipments and resolve delivery, scheduling, or inventory issues
• Plan and release order waves based on priorities, carrier schedules, and warehouse capacity
• Monitor workflow and adjust priorities to ensure on-time fulfillment
• Partner with warehouse leadership to maintain productivity and service levels
• Prepare reports and communicate operational updates to leadership
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and daily operations

• 3 to 5 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
• Previous leadership or team lead experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or GED
