The core responsibilities of this role include:
Will be managing daily operations and lead a team of associates. Key responsibilities include conducting training for new hires, maintaining accurate records, reviewing team documents for accuracy, monitoring associate performance, securing the building, reporting unsafe conditions, and effectively communicating work practices. Strong leadership, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential

Pay: $21.00

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:
At least six-month experience in a leadership role leading a team in a warehouse environment.

Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory by verifying all orders received and shipped

Assigns work schedules, trains associates in processes and monitor’s associates’ progress

• Perform the duties of an inventory control clerk.
• Conduct training for new associates.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Monitor performance of associates within the work group.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates as required.
• Ensure accurate accounting of and disposition of all defective or damaged product.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6 months warehousing and inventory experience
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory system
