As a
Warehouse Manager
, you’ll play a critical role in leading Warehouse Supervisors and frontline employees to deliver
safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations
. You won’t just manage people — you’ll
motivate, coach, and connect
them to the bigger picture.

• Salary Range: $75K to $90K per year
• Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to maintain a cadence of visibility on all shifts.

• Train, support, and hold Warehouse Supervisors accountable for shift performance
• Walk the floor, lead by example, and be a
  visible, approachable leader
• Champion safety, participate in ESG activities, and host site‑wide events

• Collaborate cross-functionally with
  Customer Service and Inventory teams
• Execute action plans to meet
  productivity, quality, and safety goals
• Monitor and review team and shift performance regularly
• Support process improvements, audits, cost reduction, and workforce planning
• Ensure systems, processes, and equipment keep your team
  productive and safe
• Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3–5 years of experience supervising operations and managing leaders
• Proven skills in
  team leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in
  warehouse or distribution environments
• Commitment to safety and creating a positive work environment

• Familiarity with
  Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Knowledge of
  WMS (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400)or other warehouse management systems
• Comfort with
  Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplaces
