Warehouse Distribution Coordinator
Light Industrial & Manufacturing Lockbourne , Ohio Contract Sep 22, 2026
Zing Recruiting is hiring a Warehouse Distribution Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, returns, order processing, delivery scheduling, and inventory accuracy.
Schedule- Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $18-$21/hr
Responsibilities- Process and release customer orders and monitor open orders.
- Process returns and coordinate pickups and rescheduling.
- Schedule equipment deliveries and customer pickups.
- Handle shipping, receiving, and parts processing.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate pre-installation of new equipment.
- Work closely with Sales, Service, Operations, and other departments to resolve order and delivery issues.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Assist with other warehouse administrative duties as needed.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of related warehouse, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience working with computers and database systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
