Shift Patterns
- 1st Shift 6:00am to Finish
- 21.00 USD hourly
- Experience leading teams over 10 associates in a warehouse
- Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
- Delegate daily tasks and provide guidance to team members
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
- Prepare and organize the floor for daily operations
- Conduct staff training and monitor daily headcounts
- Manage operational downtimes and communicate metrics like PPH, chute fills, and CPP to management
