We are looking for new talent for our front office team at Landgoed de Rosep. Will you join us?

Front Office Manager for an estate located in the heart of the Oisterwijk forests and fens;

You have at least 4 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel;

You are ambitious, know how to remain calm, and do everything you can to exceed our guests' expectations.### Your day

Landgoed de Rosep is immediately seeking an enthusiastic Front Office Manager to ensure the reception runs professionally, hospitably, and smoothly, while motivating and leading the team. A versatile and varied role in a beautiful location!### What you'll do
* • What does your day look like at Landgoed de Rosep?
* • Leading, guiding, and motivating the Front Office team;
* • Creating rotas and monitoring optimal staffing levels;
* • Welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs;
* • Providing tourist information and advising guests;
* • Identifying and resolving questions and issues;
* • Processing reservations and payments;
* • Handling telephone and email correspondence;
* • Encouraging upselling and contributing to high guest satisfaction;
* • Monitoring and improving guest reviews and service quality;
* • Maintaining good and efficient communication with the restaurant, housekeeping, and maintenance departments;
* • Performing light administrative duties.### What you bring
* • We are primarily looking for someone who gets energy from hospitality and enjoys taking responsibility and leading a team. Do you recognise yourself in this?
* • You have experience within the Front Office, for example as a Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or Senior Receptionist;
* • You are guest-oriented, think in solutions, and know how to maintain an overview and stay calm even during busy periods;
* • You have strong communication skills and a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written;
* • You are flexible and have no problem working weekends and evenings;
* • You take initiative, have an eye for both the team and the guest, and enjoy collaborating with other departments.
* • A bonus: knowledge of the Oisterwijk area and the German language. But don't worry if you don't know all the local hotspots yet—you'll get to know them soon enough!### What you'll get
