Villanova Prep seeks an experienced physical education and health teacher who brings passion and excitement to the School.

This position offers the potential for transition to full‑time status based on organizational needs.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Teach Physical Education and Health classes.
• Be able to plan effective lessons that engage and challenge students.
• Communicate consistently with students, parents, and school personnel.
• Keep current and complete grading and attendance records.
• Possible coaching opportunities as well.

Required Qualifications:

• Commitment to modeling the values of Catholic education.
• Undergraduate or Master’s Degree in Physical Education or related field.
• Experience teaching in a high school environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively to promote student learning.

  • Experience with web-based learning and 1:1 laptop classroom settings.
  • Experience teaching in a Catholic/Christian high school environment.

  The annual full‑time salary range for this position is $52,500 – $80,000 and is based upon, but not limited to, several factors that include type and years of experience, education level, and expertise. The salary for this part‑time position will be prorated based on the number of class sections assigned.

  Wage Range
  The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range.
