• Develop and manage a territory plan to meet or exceed business goals
• Consult with customers on technology solutions, applying technical credibility
• Manage the sales process, including forecasting and pipeline management
• Establish trust with customers and understand their research needs for effective consultative selling
• Maintain current knowledge of genetic analysis markets and products to effectively compete

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field; or equivalent knowledge and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in Life Science, preferably in academic, life sciences, or biotechnology industries
• Extensive knowledge of single cell and spatial biology tools applied to life science research
• Proven ability to establish long-term customer relationships and close new business
• Strong customer-facing skills, including building trust and understanding needs

• Masters or PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
