- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Verify guest information, collect payments, and issue room keys.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
- Make, modify, and cancel reservations as needed.
- Provide information regarding hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and dining options.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of guest information.
- Balance cash drawer and process daily transactions according to hotel procedures.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor room availability and occupancy status.
- Assist with luggage storage, package handling, and other guest services as needed.
- Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Complete shift reports and communicate important information during shift transitions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous hotel, hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
