• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries
• Perform emergency procedures including trauma stabilization, resuscitation, and critical care interventions
• Collaborate effectively with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to ensure seamless patient care transitions
• Utilize Epower Doc EMR system for accurate and efficient patient documentation
• Work 12-hour emergency department shifts providing timely diagnosis and treatment
• Maintain current knowledge of emergency medicine protocols, procedures, and best practices
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with hospital standards

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with emergency department experience
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Medicine clinical experience
• Active Florida Medical License or eligibility to obtain licensure in Florida
• Current certifications required: ATLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Proficiency with Epower Doc EMR system preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities in high-pressure emergency situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-focused approach with attention to detail and collaborative mindset
