Included in the totals are a smoke‑free gaming space with 104 slot machines and a high‑limit gaming area with 42 slot machines and four table games.

This position is responsible for all aspects of the Casino Slot Machines. A mechanical, electronic, arcade or ATM repair background is a plus. Strong troubleshooting skills are preferred.
Essential Job Functions- Performs all repairs and service requirements necessary for slot machines and related gaming equipment.
- Performs installation, configuration, diagnostic testing, and final testing of all slot machines and associated equipment, in accordance with the manufacturers Operation and Service Guide and department policies and procedures.
- Removes and replaces failed replaceable units during installation and upgrades in accordance with the manufacturers Operation and Service Guide and department policies and procedures.
- Ensures all slot machines on the casino floor are operating according to company standards.
- Rebuilds parts/equipment during downtimes, and maintains the parts inventory as assigned.
- Prioritizes workloads to meet business demands.
- Circulates through the assigned area performing repairs as necessary.
- Ensures that all slot/storage areas are cleaned and organized.
- Responsible for the initial set up and testing of all new slot products.
- Completes all regulatory/operational documents thoroughly and legibly.
- Assists in the training of subordinates and the development of new methods and techniques for training manuals.
- Maintains the integrity of the slot machine equipment and secures all company assets and property at all times.
- Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as required.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent with mechanical/electronic aptitude preferred.
- Minimum one year Slot Repair experience in a casino environment.
- The ability to use basic hand tools and testing equipment and exhibits superior communications skills and abilities.
- Working knowledge of computers and practical knowledge preferred.
- Must possess ability to solve practical problems using technical and industry knowledge.
- Candidate must have electro‑mechanical skills.
- Effectively use manufacturer documents to troubleshoot and repair components (i.e., schematics, principles of operation manuals, and technical manuals).
- Candidate must display a constant commitment to excellence regardless of the task or responsibility.
- Candidate must be able to read and understand all Seminole Tribe of Florida policies and procedures. Candidate must also be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
- Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide specific to position responsibilities.
