Job Profile

As a Financial Advisor within PNC Wealth Management, you will be based in Okeechobee, FL. Bilingual Spanish required. Financial Advisors are based within a bank branch and work within a collaborative circuit of branches, managing an assigned book of business. PNC Wealth Management advisors execute an advice and planning strategy focused on helping clients meet their savings, investing, and retirement goals.

Job Description
  • Consult on investment and insurance strategies, and develop financial plans for clients. Grow and retain an investment and insurance book of business; own the client experience, handle sales and service efficiently, and identify sales opportunities and referrals to internal business partners.
  • Acquire, expand, and maintain client relationships through business development and networking. Grow client loyalty and share of wallet with an exceptional client experience.
  • Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies for clients, selecting the best products to support those strategies. Present sound financial recommendations and guidance to clients and establish individual financial plans based on client needs and objectives. Monitor plans and recommend changes as needed.
  • Coach and educate branch staff and internal partners to identify investment opportunities. Lead the branch team on actions to achieve investment results, communicate regularly, and build strong relationships that drive referral activity.
  • Meet with branch manager and internal partners to review business results and pipeline management. Meet lead and referral follow‑up service level agreements and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines.
