The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 50 year old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire eager and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants in Martin County.

We are looking for compassionate CNAs to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients' homes in accordance with an established care plan.

Provide direct patient care in patients’ homes per the established care plan. Assist with activities of daily living and personal care tasks. Monitor and report changes in patient condition in a timely manner. Ensure safety and comfort of patients while maintaining dignity and confidentiality. Follow agency policies and documentation requirements.

• Proven working experience within the home health industry or 1-on-1 care
• Ability to monitor vital signs and to collect specimens
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Proficiency in English
• Nursing and health care administration skills
• Caring and compassionate personality
• Current CPR certificate
• First Aid training
• Valid driver's license
• High school degree
