Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)

Okeechobee / Okeechobee County, FL (Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)

- Pay-per-visit model: $70+ per visit + Medicare differential pay

Your Role as a Home Health Occupational Therapist
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform home safety assessments and recommend modifications
- Provide therapy to improve ADLs, functional mobility, and independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
- Complete documentation using streamlined technology

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- CPR certification
- Ability to supervise COTAs
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
