- MUST HAVE VALID CPR BLS CARD.
- MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST XRAY or TBQ GOLD QUANTIFER ON BLOOD TEST RESULTS.
- MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE.
- MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.
- MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.
- MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
