Warehouse Supervisor

National Powersport Auctions (NPA) is the world’s largest powersport auction and remarketing company. The Warehouse Production Supervisor – Golf Cart Processing Center will lead daily operations, inventory control, client service, and warehouse activities in a fast‑paced environment, reporting directly to the Regional General Manager (RGM). This role offers an opportunity to help build a new facility from the ground up while receiving support from an experienced national operation.

• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures of the facility.
• Supervise, support, and train new hires and existing warehouse personnel.
• Manage inbound and outbound movement of golf carts and related products.
• Perform and oversee receiving, cleaning, inspections, and condition reporting.
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking and operational records.
• Identify and communicate discrepancies, damages, or operational concerns.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accountability of company equipment and coordinate maintenance.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in weekly RGM and operational meetings as needed.
• Assist in developing efficient warehouse workflows and production standards.
• Ensure client units are processed accurately and professionally.

• Previous warehouse, production, or operations supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory management systems and processes.
• Familiarity with golf cart, powersports, automotive, or equipment processing is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and move equipment safely.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail and accountability.
