Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Facility Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for responding to all general maintenance service calls.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Make general plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs.
- Vacuum, wax floors, sweep and use necessary equipment.
- Remove trash and other items as needed.
- Clean using proper solvents.
- Lift heavy objects as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including second hand smoke, excessive noise, and constant interaction with the general public.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds or more. Specific vision abilities that may be required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

- The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy.
