Director of Nusing

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team in Okeechobee, Florida
. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing all nursing operations, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive, resident-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise all nursing staff to ensure high standards of care

• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support residents' overall well-being

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to promote team excellence

Qualifications:

• Current, active Florida RN license required

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in skilled nursing care

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• Commitment to delivering resident-focused, quality outcomes
