Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide care in an outpatient dialysis center. The role involves delivering compassionate care to patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• IV certification if required by state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing bodies per CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system.
• Bonus or CHT certification preferred or required by state regulation.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting, preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; functional proficiency in DaVita computer systems required within 90 days of hire.
