Job Title
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Responsibilities- See approximately 17 patients per day and provide primary care to Advantage Care patients, including assessment, documentation, treatment, and evaluation of care based on national standards and evidence-based guidelines.
- At least 3 years of experience working in Managed Care and Medicare as an NP/PA.
- Fluency with HEDIS measures and ability to work independently.
- Florida license required.
- Good people and patient care skills.
- New graduates will not be considered.
- Excellent benefits package.
