Pay: $14.00 an hour (position is also eligible for tips)

The Dispensary Associate guides customers through their journey into cannabis by educating them on product benefits and potential side effects. They facilitate purchases in compliance with state regulations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Must be available on weekends.

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Show empathy and compassion to patients.
• Deliver the Tru Experience through elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
• Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns in accordance with company policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures.
• Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with any product or device issues.
• Collaborate with leadership and management to resolve customer issues.
• Document customer issues and concerns on the customer’s profile.
• Maintain a clean and well‑stocked workstation throughout the shift.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by Management.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clear driving record.
• Follow all Trulieve Policies and Procedures as a delivery associate.

• Assist with processing all online orders, including deliveries, within a 2‑hour timeframe.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent and experience in a related field.
• Minimum age 21 (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV).
• Prior experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Cash‑handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent people skills and effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work without supervision and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism.
• Ability to understand and follow written/oral instructions.
• Respectful and polite interaction with customers and team members.
• Conversational English proficiency; ability to operate electronic equipment.
• Physical capability to perform job duties.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record for delivery role.
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.

• Movement and vision/hearing requirements to meet job duties.
• Independent functioning, flexibility, personal integrity, and ability to work with residents, personnel, and support agencies.
• Capability to interact with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and occasionally hostile individuals in a facility setting.

• Move and traverse throughout the facility, including confined spaces.
• Manipulate objects up to 50 lbs; push/pull/ascend/descend as necessary.
• Occasional seated position required.

• Flexible hours; must work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Average 20 hours per week; availability for after‑hours work based on business needs.
