We are currently hiring two Administrative Assistants-one supporting the IT team and the other supporting the Accounting & Finance team. These are contract-to-hire opportunities ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong organizational and administrative skills.
Position Details
+ Type: 90-day contract (potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs)

+ Accounting & Finance Support: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
+ IT Support:
Flexible start time between 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM (must maintain a consistent 8-hour schedule)

Friday
Key Responsibilities
+ Prepare, format, and produce business documents including letters, reports, charts, and presentations
+ Maintain organized filing systems and records retention processes
+ Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls; arrange catering and equipment as needed
+ Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle inquiries with professionalism
+ Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail
+ Operate standard office equipment (computer, copier, scanner, etc.)
+ Manage departmental files and administrative records
+ Order and track office supplies and equipment requests
+ Generate and maintain reports (daily, monthly, quarterly, annual), including creating Excel-based data and charts
+ Assist with administrative forms, vouchers, and internal documentation
+ May support claims processing activities as needed
Required Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Minimum of 2+ years of administrative, clerical, or office experience
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (especially reporting and data entry)
+ Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
+ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

This is a Contract position based out of Okemos, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
