What You'll Do
  • Deliver high-quality preventive and therapeutic hygiene care
  • Educate patients on oral health, periodontal disease prevention, and home care techniques
  • Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and screenings
  • Identify treatment opportunities and partner with dentists to support patient health goals
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with patients and families
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all standards of care
What We're Looking For
  • Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong communication and patient education skills

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday Tuesday Wednesday 7:45 am - 4:30 pm Thursdays 7:45 am to 12:00 pm

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
  • Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
  • Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
  • Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice.
  • New graduates are welcome!
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for patient care, education and prevention.
  • Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience.
  • A collaborative, positive approach to working with patients and teammates.
Compensation

$46-$50 per hour
