Eby Dental Care, a highly respected and patient-centered dental practice in Okemos, Michigan, is seeking a dedicated General Dentist to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity for expanded responsibilities and hours as clinical skills, experience, and patient relationships grow.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dentist who is passionate about providing outstanding patient care and is eager to learn from one of Michigan's most respected clinicians. The selected candidate will receive top-tier mentorship from Dr. Eric Eby, who currently teaches at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, gaining valuable clinical insights and real-world practice management experience.

We are looking for a doctor who is committed to excellence in dentistry, values exceptional customer service, and is dedicated to maintaining the 5-star reputation that Eby Dental Care has built within the community.

• Direct mentorship and clinical guidance from Dr. Eric Eby
• Opportunity to strengthen advanced clinical skills across a broad range of general dentistry procedures
• Exposure to successful practice operations and leadership development

2‑3 days per week, with opportunity for full-time / flexible

• Deliver comprehensive, high-quality dental care to patients of all ages
• Develop strong relationships built on trust, communication, and exceptional service
• Diagnose and present treatment plans with confidence and compassion
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to create outstanding patient experiences
• Uphold the clinical standards and values that have earned Eby Dental Care its excellent community reputation
• Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Michigan dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Strong clinical foundation and commitment to continuing education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient care, service excellence, and lifelong learning
• Desire to build a long-term career within a thriving practice environment
• New graduates and early-career dentists with a strong growth mindset are encouraged to apply
