Special Education Teacher (ASD Program)

We're looking for a passionate Special Education Teacher to join our middle school team and support students in a self-contained Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) program. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact while working alongside a collaborative, student-centered staff who care deeply about each other and the students we serve.
What You'll Do
- Provide individualized instruction and support for students in a self-contained ASD classroom
- Create a structured, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with general education staff, service providers, and families
- Support students' social, emotional, and behavioral development
- Monitor student progress and adapt instruction to meet diverse needs
- Michigan Teaching Certificate (required)
- SV Endorsement (required); ASD endorsement preferred
- Highly Qualified to teach in a self-contained ASD program
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
