Peak Performance Physical Therapy is expanding our wellness services and looking for a talented, licensed Massage Therapist to support patient care, recovery, and overall well‑being. This role is perfect for someone passionate about therapeutic massage, injury prevention, relaxation techniques, and working alongside an established multidisciplinary team.

As a Massage Therapist at Peak Performance, you will deliver high‑quality, therapeutic massage services to clients of all ages and activity levels. You’ll collaborate with our physical therapists to support patient care plans while also providing stand‑alone wellness sessions. Your goal: help clients feel better, move better, and live better.

• Provide safe, effective massage therapy using a variety of modalities
• Evaluate client needs and create personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with PT staff when appropriate to support patient outcomes
• Educate clients on self‑care, stretching, and post‑session recommendations
• Maintain accurate client charts and records
• Create a welcoming, calming, and professional environment
• Stay current with best practices and attend ongoing trainings
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with state regulations

• Active Michigan Massage Therapy License (required)
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on client outcomes
• Excellent communication and customer care abilities
• Professional, reliable, and able to work both independently and within a team
