Internship – Compliance Training and Technology

Okemos, MI (Hybrid)

You will assist with the design, development, and production of training content and curriculum for the company. This includes maintaining job aids and how-to guides for Learning Management System applications, providing daily support for the LMS and supporting technologies, addressing system and user issues, maintaining content within SharePoint, the LMS, Articulate, and repositories, assisting with audit requests, and preparing and delivering reports as requested from content owners.

• Assist with the design, development and production of training content and curriculum for our company.
• Maintain job-aids and how-to guides for Learning Management System applications.
• Provide daily support and maintain the ongoing operations of the Learning Management System and supporting technologies.
• Address any system issues or user issues in a prompt and timely manner.
• Maintain content within SharePoint, the LMS, Articulate, and repositories by creating and uploading modules and courses, course content, and running reports.
• Assist with audit requests by providing relevant evidence in a timely manner.
• Prepare, deliver and manage reports as requested from content owners.

• Must be a sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, etc.).
• Savvy with technology and have ideas of how to incorporate technology into training and business processes.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner) is required.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, Snagit, Articulate, and Camtasia is a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to manage your own time.
• Experience with video-editing, instructional design, and/or graphic design is a plus.
• High level of creativity to represent lengthy information in a format that is engaging.
• Ability to communicate effectively and possess strong writing skills.
• Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
