• Perform thorough diagnostics, recommend solutions, and execute repairs for devices both in-person and over the phone.
• Maintain clear communication and establish a consistent follow-up routine to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure accurate documentation of customer requests and repair processes.
• Complete repair tasks efficiently while addressing any challenges that arise with the support of your leaders.
• Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills through available training courses and certifications.

• At least 6 months of experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, or repairing technology products.
• Hands-on experience and enthusiasm in using consumer electronics.
• A flexible schedule including availability on holidays, nights, and weekends.

• Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
