Assistant Manager Position Available in Okemos! Sport Clips of Okemos is hiring a motivated Assistant Manager to join our energetic team. This location is owned and operated by Jesse Keyser
, a world-renowned multi-unit salon operator known for building successful and thriving locations.

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and team leadership
• Mentor and develop stylists through hands-on coaching
• Focus on delivering outstanding client experiences and retail sales
• Support recruiting, hiring, and ongoing team training
• Uphold high standards for store cleanliness and brand presentation
• Help grow our loyal client base in the Okemos area

• Leadership or management experience (salon/retail preferred)
• Active Michigan Cosmetology license required
• Positive, outgoing personality with excellent people skills
• Driven by goals and team success
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Competitive hourly pay + service commissions + retail commissions
• Performance bonuses paid every pay period
• Higher tips than other chain salons nearby
• Total earning potential up to $75,000 per year
