Responsible for employment decisions such as recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating; builds open-door culture and schedules for the entire store.;
Leads the associate and pet parent experience and ensures safety and compliance with policies; improves in-store processes and community events.;
Delivers corporate strategy and profitability goals; analyzes reporting and drives improvements; manages store P&L and expenses.;
Ensures inventory levels and policies are followed; monitors safety practices and coaching of associates.;
Collaborates with Store Leadership team and local partners to achieve store goals and exceptional customer/pet parent service.
