YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you ensure product moves from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Though the Stockroom is your place, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

• Passionate about brand standards: you are a go-getter when it comes to keeping product moving through efficient shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Own the Stockroom: you master keeping the Space organized, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
• Innovative: when you spot a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, devise a plan, and take action to correct it.
• Team player: you are always prepared to step in and help teammates with non-stock tasks or assist guests.
• Integrity: safety standards are a priority in the Stockroom and on the Sales floor. You follow Asset Protection standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
