Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, surrounding grounds, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor entrances, exits, lobbies, and other assigned areas to observe visitor activity, assist with access-related procedures, and/or report irregularities;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through proper channels;
Support a professional environment by communicating with staff, visitors, and/or first responders as needed during routine operations and emergency situations
