Patrol multiple properties throughout the Lansing area in a company patrol vehicle;
Observe and report incidents, respond to complaints, investigate suspicious activity, and address issues on assigned properties;
Write detailed and accurate reports using company technology and web or app-based software during each shift;
Ensure on-time arrival, clock in/out, follow dress code and post orders;
Deescalate issues professionally and communicate with Branch Patrol Supervisor to relay information
