Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, alarm activations, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity, reporting unusual conditions or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.;
Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders as needed.
