• Hold a Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology
• Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist in Michigan
• Experience working with students who have moderate to severe disabilities is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnering with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Compassion, adaptability, and enthusiasm for fostering positive student outcomes

• Perform comprehensive psycho educational assessments, observations, and data‑driven evaluations
• Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement strategies and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and indirect interventions to support students academic, behavioral, and social‑emotional growth
• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing guidance for students, staff, and families
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to create inclusive, nurturing learning environments
