Temporary Accounting Clerk (Quick Books Transition Project)

Location:

NW Oklahoma City, OK 73116

Duration: 2-3 Weeks (Temporary Assignment)

Pay: $18-$20 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Accounting Clerk to assist with a short-term project transitioning from Quick Books Desktop to Quick Books Online. This is a 2-3 week assignment based in NW Oklahoma City and is ideal for someone highly proficient in Quick Books who can step in immediately and provide hands-on support during a system conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Support the migration from Quick Books Desktop to Quick Books Online

+ Review, reconcile, and verify financial data for accuracy during transfer

+ Assist with chart of accounts setup, data cleanup, and system organization

+ Troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting post-conversion

+ Provide general accounting and administrative support as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Advanced proficiency in Quick Books Desktop and Quick Books Online (required)

+ Strong understanding of general accounting principles

+

Experience with data reconciliation and financial reporting

+ High level of accuracy and attention to detail

+ Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
