Staff Accountant

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join a collaborative finance team and support accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and efficient day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytically minded, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.

• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and internal financial reporting efforts
• Help ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
• Assist with audits, documentation requests, and ad hoc projects as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Approximately 2–4 years of accounting experience in public accounting or industry
• Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
• Proficiency in Excel and experience working with accounting systems (Net Suite experience is a plus)
• Ability to manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior exposure to manufacturing environments, cost accounting, or inventory accounting is highly preferred
