Staff Accountant

• Process and manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting.
• Support annual audit and provide requested documentation.
• Assist with fixed asset and lease accounting tracking.
• Help maintain organized financial records and support internal controls.
• Participate in process improvements and system enhancements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Audit experience or exposure (public or private) preferred.
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and GAAP.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 per year
