We are partnering with a growing Oklahoma City organization seeking a detail‑oriented Reconciliation Specialist to join their accounting operations team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with financial data, identifying discrepancies, maintaining accurate records, and supporting month‑end processes in a fast‑paced professional environment.

• Complete daily and month‑end account reconciliations
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to financial transactions
• Prepare and post journal entries as needed
• Maintain and update spreadsheets and financial reports
• Assist with internal reporting and audit preparation activities
• Support accounting projects and operational initiatives
• Ensure accuracy, organisation, and confidentiality of financial information
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather and verify information

• Previous experience in accounting support, reconciliations, bookkeeping, or financial operations preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
