Optimum Staffing Solutions is partnered with a well-established public accounting firm seeking a Senior Auditor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced public accounting professional who enjoys leading audits, mentoring staff, and building strong client relationships.

• Lead and supervise audit fieldwork for a variety of clients
• Review work prepared by staff auditors to ensure accuracy and proper documentation
• Identify, assess, and document audit risks and accounting issues
• Communicate findings and project updates with managers, partners, and clients
• Conduct accounting research and assist with resolving complex audit matters
• Manage client relationships while helping ensure engagements stay on budget and on schedule

• 4-5 years of public accounting audit experience
• Strong understanding of audit procedures and accounting standards
• Experience supervising or mentoring staff auditors
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• CPA or CPA-track preferred
