About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Accountant to join our growing firm in Oklahoma City. This role is crucial to our success, involving the preparation of high‑level tax returns for multi‑million dollar organizations, managing staff, and contributing to the growth of our client base. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely tax compliance while providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare complex tax returns for multi‑million dollar organizations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Review and supervise the preparation of individual and business tax returns by staff members.
• Mentor and coach staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career development.
• Gather and analyze client financial data and relevant tax information to ensure accurate tax return preparation.
• Proactively identify and analyze tax situations from various perspectives to maximize tax benefits for clients.
• Network and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, contributing to business development and attracting new clients to the firm.
• Bill clients for services rendered and provide clear explanations of fees.
• Stay up‑to‑date on current tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications (Non‑Negotiable):

• Active CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) license.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, specifically in tax preparation and review.
