Overview
Fischer Companies, LLC in conjunction with COOP Ale Works, LLC is seeking an Accounting Analyst with a focus on manufacturing and operational accounting. Both Fischer Companies and COOP Ale Works are established Oklahoma City businesses with established financial teams. This position will be employed by Fischer Companies and work as a shared service across multiple entities with a close and extensive relationship with COOP Ale Works, supporting its manufacturing operations, financial reporting, and accounting analysis needs.

Position Overview
The Accounting Analyst will report to the Investment Manager of Fischer Companies, who also serves as the CFO of COOP Ale Works, and will play a key role in supporting accounting and financial analysis across the organization, with a primary focus on COOP Ale Works’ manufacturing and operational accounting.
This role is responsible for general ledger analysis and reconciliation, monthly close processes, financial reporting, regulatory filings, and ad hoc analysis. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in an evolving environment and collaborating across both Fischer Companies and COOP Ale Works teams.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close processes
- Perform general accounting duties, including but not limited to:
- Bank reconciliations
- Depreciation calculations
- Prepaid amortizations
- Support monthly financial reporting for both Fischer Companies and COOP Ale Works
- Complete balance sheet account reconciliations
- Conduct variance analysis, with a focus on manufacturing and operational performance
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Assist in driving continuous process and procedural improvements across entities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership at COOP Ale Works
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Manufacturing accounting experience preferred
- 3+ years of accounting experience, including financial reporting
- Strong understanding of general ledger systems and variance analysis
- Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Quick Books experience a plus)
- Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to obtain a license from the Oklahoma ABLE Commission
