Oklahoma City, OK Up to $80,000 DOE Direct hire opportunity A well-established company in Oklahoma City is seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to join its growing accounting team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Perform monthly bank, balance sheet, and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial reports and support management with financial analysis
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records
• Support audits and maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
