Reports To:
Accounting Manager. At Agility Medical Group, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support our accounting operations. This hybrid role will focus on Accounts Payable, bank activity, and transaction processing in Quick Books Online (QBO). The ideal candidate will have prior hands‑on experience in QBO and be comfortable managing routine accounting tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process Accounts Payable: entering and coding vendor bills and expenses in Quick Books Online, verifying invoice accuracy and approvals, preparing and recording vendor payments (ACH, checks, credit cards)
- Manage bank activity in QBO: reviewing and posting transactions through the bank feed, matching transactions to bills, expenses, and deposits, researching and resolving discrepancies
- Part-time hybrid role (some on-site work required, especially for remote deposits)
- Typical schedule of 15-25 hours per week

- Hands‑on experience with Quick Books Online (QBO)
- Prior experience as an accounting clerk or in accounts payable
- Working knowledge of accounts payable processes, bank feeds, transaction matching, and remote deposit capture
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Experience processing ACH payments
- Familiarity with month‑end close activities
- Experience supporting a multi‑location or growing organization
- Accounting coursework or degree (not required)
- High level of accuracy and consistency
- Strong time management and follow‑up skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Dependable and professional work ethic
