Premium Accounting Clerk I (Onsite)

Hourly pay rate: $17.50/hr not negotiable. This is an on‑site position working Monday‑Friday in downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Applicants must have prior experience in a production environment where measurable output targets are met, such as a minimum keying requirement per hour.

• Payment research and application.
• Daily balancing of transactions processed.

• Assist with the responsibilities of the Associate Accounting Clerk as needed.

• Your production will be measured by task type with a minimum keying requirement per hour, depending on the task. You will also have daily and weekly production goals that are measured by meeting your per‑hour minimum for each task throughout the day and sustaining that performance at or above the hourly minimums across the full work week.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.
• Related work experience preferred.
• Previous remittance processing, banking, or insurance experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate a 10‑key calculator at an intermediate level.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Basic accounting knowledge, including familiarity with general ledger entries.
• Ability to be detail‑oriented.
• Ability to do research in multiple systems.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed.
• Can stand and sit for long periods of time.
