Staff Accountant

Compensation

$60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Controller, providing general ledger accounting support across multiple entities. • Prepare and post general ledger journal entries
• Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies
• Prepare weekly billing for multiple entities
• Assist with maintaining fixed asset records
• Support intercompany accounting processes
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures
• Assist with month‑end close activities
• Perform special projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 2‑3 years of accounting experience
  
  Strong understanding of general ledger accounting
• Experience with invoicing and billing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

• Experience with Dynamics GP
• Experience with multiple entities or intercompany transactions
