Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Prepares Standard and Adjusting Journal Entries
• Reconcile General Ledger Accounts
• Daily Bank Reconciliations
• Prepares Monthly Departmental Reports
• Prepares Monthly Financial Reports
• Fixed Asset Accounting
• Assist with Budgeting
• Project Completion Tracking
• Prepares Business Tax Forms Such as
  • Usage tax
  • 1099’s
• Weekly Review of Unpaid Bills Report to Ensure Coding/Classification Accuracy and Completeness
• Provide Clerical and Administrative Support to Management
• Other Duties May be Assigned
• Adherence to all ARL Safety Standards, Policies, Procedures and Protocols

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Minimum five years General Ledger and Financial Statement ExperienceCMA or CPA certification or eligible and in‑progress
• Net Suite or other ERP experience required
• Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Team‑oriented with data proficiency

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. The Company is subject to certain federal regulations and directives regarding a drug‑free workplace. As an employee of an analytical laboratory such as ARL Bio Pharma Inc., you will be subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing. Marijuana is one of the substances included in the drug panel screening.

Possession of a medical marijuana license will not excuse you from the testing process, or the consequences of testing positive for marijuana.

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
