Revenue Accountant for Large Investment Group - Hybrid Flexibility in OKC
Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 per year

We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Senior Revenue Accountant to join our team. This is a permanent full‑time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in the fast‑paced and rapidly evolving energy industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in our finance department, with a focus on revenue recognition, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Responsibilities- Oversee the month‑end close process, including the preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely recognition of revenue in accordance with ASC 606.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including revenue, deferred revenue, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and analyze variances to actuals.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely billing and collection.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CMA designation is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the energy industry.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles under ASC 606.
- Proficiency in general ledger systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of accrual-based accounting.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
