Precision matters—and so does adaptability. As an Accounting Consultant at CCT, you’ll work with real financial data and collaborate closely with client finance teams—including controllers and auditors— as they adopt new systems and processes. You’ll help ensure our software accurately reflects each client’s accounting practices while supporting daily workflows, reconciliations, and reporting. With training from experienced professionals, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving, technology‑driven environment where accuracy is essential and change is constant.
This role is a great fit for students who enjoy accounting, think critically, and are comfortable adapting while helping businesses run more efficiently.
- Work alongside our clients’ Revenue Audit Department during software installations to configure the software to their unique needs
- Enable our clients’ utilization of the software to perform and improve cage vault operations, count room procedures, payroll, and revenue audit daily tasks
- Configure our software to accurately model the clients’ chart of accounts
- Design necessary journal entries at system cut‑over for migration
- Develop and enable department policies and procedures in accordance with gaming regulations and internal controls
- Provide support services to our clients in a post‑install period
- Demonstrate outstanding customer and employee relations
- Disciplined approach to work towards product completion and timelines
- Ability and willingness to work independently
- Effective formulation and communication of ideas
- Analytical thinking to design software configuration that matches client needs
- Willingness to work extended hours on a sporadic basis during client installations
- Capacity to work on multiple assignments in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred, or 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; technical writing ability
- Proficiency in reading and creating spreadsheets
- Experience working as part of a project team structure
- Willingness to work on‑site at client locations throughout North America
- Travel expectation: 50%
- Ability to pass stringent background investigations
- Clean driving record required
